Union Barn has a straight forward package.  The venue has a 5,000 square foot main hall,  a 1,000 square foot cocktail room with two outdoor patios.  A ceremony area.  A separate area for the ladies and gentlemen to get ready the day of your wedding.  Tables and chairs. Beautiful modern bathrooms,  central air/heat.  Outdoor fire pit.  Plenty of parking.  Separate area for caterer prep with their own parking area.  We can accommodate 180 in the main hall, depending on table arrangements. 
Most Popular Timeline:
You can arrive Friday at 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm for decorating and your ceremony rehearsal. 

You can return Saturday at 09:00 am to celebrate your Ceremony and Reception.  Your event will end at 10:00 pm with all occupants departing by 10:30 pm. 

You may return Sunday from 09:00 am until 11:00 am to collect your belongings.

Tables and Chairs are provided, linens and place settings are not included, caterers usually provide those.

Welcome to the website for our Wedding Venue.  We have spent the last two years transforming a pre-civil war barn on our property into a beautifully restored wedding venue. In 2021, owner Mike Seefeld embarked on a journey to renovate a historic barn that sat on his property.  Built in 1849, the barn was in need of love and in 2022 it was completed into what you see today.  Union Barn is a modern yet traditional wedding venue that hopes to serve couples and families in many capacities for years to come.  The barn has a stylish, sleek exterior that accents the warm inviting interior.  Plenty of natural light floods the interior, making it an incredible daytime event venue while easily transitioning into night with beautiful mood lighting.  Modern touches fused with a rustic vibe are seen throughout, from the black metal barn doors to the original exposed wood beams.  We dedicate this venue to those seeking a marriage full of love and events rooted in family.  Please look through the website and if we are a venue you would like to explore more of, please feel free to reach out to us.  Thank You
